How to create an order — the short version

1. Select or add a customer
2. Choose products
3. Choose a fulfillment method — Pickup, Delivery, or Ship
4. Choose Pay now or Pay later
5. Create the draft order by sending an invoice
6. The customer receives the invoice and pays
7. The order becomes a live Shopify order
