Use Hello Order for real phone orders and see if it actually saves you time. If it's not worth it, uninstall before day 30 and you won't be charged anything. After the trial, billing continues automatically through Shopify unless you cancel — no surprise fees beyond the price listed below.

Plan tiers
Hello Order mirrors Shopify's own plan tiers, so your price scales with the Shopify plan you're already on. All prices are USD, billed monthly.
Development and trial stores install Hello Order for free.
Where do I see my exact price?
Open Hello Order in your Shopify admin and go to Settings → Plan — your current price is shown there.
How am I charged?
Through Shopify's own billing, on the same invoice as your Shopify subscription — Hello Order never collects payment details itself.
How do I cancel?
Uninstall Hello Order from Settings → Apps and sales channels in Shopify admin. Your Shopify customers and orders aren't affected — Hello Order doesn't store them itself.
