Hello Order

Terms of Service

Effective September 25, 2026

These terms apply to Hello Order ("Hello Order", "we", "us"), a Shopify app that helps merchants build and send orders for customers who call or email in. By installing or using Hello Order, you ("you", the merchant) agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't install or use the app.

What Hello Order does

Hello Order is a tool for creating draft orders in your own Shopify store. Everything it creates is a normal Shopify draft order or order, using your store's own products, prices, customers, taxes, and shipping settings. Hello Order runs inside Shopify, so you also need to follow Shopify's own terms while using it.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for the orders you create with Hello Order, including checking each order before you send it or mark it as paid. In particular, Hello Order is not responsible for:

You're also responsible for the staff you let use the app, and for having your customers' permission to use their information when you take their orders.

Billing

Hello Order is billed through Shopify, as described on our billing page. Charges appear on your Shopify invoice and are handled under Shopify's billing terms. You can cancel at any time by uninstalling the app. We may change our pricing in the future, and we'll let installed merchants know before a change affects them.

Your data

Your customers, products, and orders stay in your Shopify store. How we handle the limited information we do keep is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Please don't use Hello Order for anything illegal, to break Shopify's terms, or to try to access stores or data that aren't yours. We may suspend access for anyone who does.

No warranty

We work hard to keep Hello Order reliable, but it's provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or suited to your specific business. It depends on Shopify, and Shopify outages or changes can affect it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Hello Order isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, such as lost sales, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid for Hello Order in the three months before the claim.

Ending use

You can stop using Hello Order at any time by uninstalling it. We may stop offering the app, or end access for someone who breaks these terms, and we'll give notice where we reasonably can.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change materially, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, let installed merchants know. Continuing to use Hello Order after a change means you accept the updated terms.
